Oliver offers these benefits through Sun Life Financial at no cost to you!
Long-Term Disability
The long-term disability payments begin on the 90th day for accident and sickness. The benefit amount is 60% of monthly wages with a maximum benefit of $8,500 per month.
Short-Term Disability
The short-term disability payments begin on the 15th day for accident and/or sickness. The benefit amount is 60% of weekly wages with a maximum of 2/3 of your base pay, up to $600/week for up to 11 weeks.
Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Life Insurance provides additional financial protection for you and your family in the event of your death or accidental death or dismemberment. Oliver provides a policy for $25,000 to $100,000 (depending on position) of life insurance for each eligible employee.
